what is there to say. i just got home from the backcountry adventure party and i am speechless. what a groups of freaks and weirdos, but i guess that is why i like working there and why i fit in so well. so our once a year company party was held at the Depot in salt lake city. most of the club was devoted to us. we had dinner and then parted the night a way. most of the reason most people go is just to get the stuff. and yes every one that comes to this party gets a gift to go home with. the employees get all kinds of fun stuff.
today i got a bag, a set of head phones, and a jacket. don't like the jacket so much but hay it was free and i bet some one at work will be willing to trade for it. (i kinda really don't like it but that is my luck and my life)
the other stuff every one got it was kinda cool. they passed out awards all over the place and we all had fun. the main reason this was done now is that in a month every one will be scrambling. trying to get every thing done. the next 3 months is backcountry's bizzest time of year. so here gos to the fun part and the next 3 weeks is a scramble for me then i am free of most of it. code freeze ain't it grand.
